Nylon/Polyethylene Cleanroom Packaging
Advanced Biaxially Oriented Nylon/Polyethylene Cleanroom Packaging
At Cleanroom Film & Bags, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality cleanroom packaging solutions tailored to the unique needs of your industry.
Our biaxially oriented nylon/polyethylene (BON/PE) packaging material is engineered to offer superior protection in the most demanding cleanroom environments.
What Sets Our BON/PE Cleanroom Packaging Apart?
Our BON/PE cleanroom packaging material combines the best of both worlds: the strength and barrier properties of nylon with the flexibility and clarity of polyethylene. Here’s why Cleanroom Film & Bags’ BON/PE packaging is the preferred choice:
Superior Strength & Durability
Through the biaxial orientation process, our nylon is stretched in two directions, enhancing its tensile strength and resistance to punctures and tears. This results in a robust packaging material that ensures your sensitive products remain secure and uncontaminated.
Excellent Barrier Properties
The nylon layer acts as a formidable barrier against moisture, oxygen, and other contaminants, while the polyethylene layer ensures flexibility and an easy-to-seal surface. This dual-layer design keeps your products safe from environmental factors that could compromise their integrity.
Optical Clarity & Flexibility
The polyethylene component of our BON/PE material adds flexibility and optical clarity, making it easy to handle and inspect the contents without compromising on protection. This makes our packaging ideal for situations where both visibility and sterility are critical.
Applications of CFB's BON/PE Packaging
Guarantee the sterility and safety of medical devices with our packaging, designed to preserve the integrity of your products during storage and transport.
Maintain the purity of your pharmaceutical products with our BON/PE packaging that prevents contamination and meets stringent regulatory standards.
Protect delicate electronic components from moisture, static, and particulates, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition.
Biotechnology Packaging
Safeguard biological samples and reagents with our high-barrier BON/PE material, ensuring they remain uncontaminated in controlled environments.

CFB5500 COMPOS-A-CLEAN: Biaxialy Oriented Nylon/Polyethylene
Introducing CFB5500, a dual-layer, high-clarity film engineered to protect products with a high sensitivity to moisture. Designed for critical packaging needs, CFB5500 boasts an extended shelf life, a very low Moisture Vapor Transmission Rate (MVTR), and an equally low Oxygen Transmission Rate (OTR).
Biax is an exceptionally strong and clear material, perfect for tough applications, including large bags that must carry heavy loads. Thanks to the orientation of its layers during the laminating process, this film does not stretch, ensuring maximum durability and protection.
